By placing an order with Allan Palmer Ltd you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale that are listed below.
Nothing in these terms confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit or any right to enforce any part of these terms pursuant to the contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.  Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. Goods and Services

1.1
Allan Palmer Ltd warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. Specifications and representative images are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the product.
1.2
We reserve the right to (a) make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and (b) change the specification published on the websites provided this does not materially affect the quality of the goods. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, Allan Palmer Ltd makes no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.
1.3
Allan Palmer Ltd has a strict 10-day returns policy on all goods. Unless goods are faulty or damaged, Allan Palmer Ltd reserves the right to refuse returned goods.
1.4
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any faulty or damaged goods.
1.5
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items, and would suggest a secure delivery method that incorporates insurance and signature on receipt.
1.6
Allan Palmer Ltd operates a seven-day money back guarantee  - provided the item has been returned unworn and undamaged with original packaging and documentation. We do not refund against special order rings, body jewellery and earrings, but may consider our exchange policy.
1.7
Allan Palmer Ltd operates a 30 day exchange policy of receipt of your purchace, on the condition that goods are returned within the 30 days of purchase, unworn and undamaged complete with origional packing and documentation.
1.8
Allan Palmer Ltd normally offers 5 working day secure delivery – if in the unlikely event delivery should take considerably longer we shall notify you as soon as possible. (See point 2.1)

2. Availability, Prices and Information

2.1
ALL products are offered for sale SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If your item is not available for dispatch within 14 days, we will offer cancellation of order or ask for acceptance of later delivery.
2.2
Allan Palmer Ltd does not take responsibility for products not meeting the exact dimensions and specifications listed on this site. Reserves the right to make any alterations to the price of goods sold on the web page without prior notice.
2.3
All prices are inclusive of VAT and displayed on the web site in Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges.

2.4
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

2.5
The price you pay is the price displayed less the appropriate discount rate on the websites at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
